Every report ordered from Energy Code Certificates is backed by our Building Department Acceptance Guarantee:

• 24-Hour Standard Delivery: Reports are delivered in PDF format via email within 24 hours of receiving complete architectural plans and project details.
• Up to 3 Free Revisions: Construction plans and plan reviewer interpretations change. If your local building department or plan reviewer requests adjustments to the IECC code edition, climate zone inputs, assembly U-factors, or HVAC equipment selection, we revise and re-issue your report up to 3 times at no charge.
• Full Refund Before Engineering Commences: If you cancel an order before we begin takeoff and calculation work, or if we determine your jurisdiction requires a specialized filing we do not offer, we issue a 100% refund.
• Plan Correction Support: If a building official issues a written correction notice citing an error in our calculation that we cannot resolve through a revised submittal, we will refund your fee in full.
